Purpose-built software, portals, dashboards, integrations, workflow automation, and responsibly scoped agentic AI systems. Every project starts with discovery and gets its own scope, architecture, timeline, and price.
$5,000 is where custom development starts. Complete agentic operating systems, larger software platforms, and multi-department implementations need a substantially larger budget.
Final pricing is based on confirmed scope. Third-party subscriptions, domains, paid APIs, AI usage, premium integrations, and external service fees are billed separately unless specifically included in your proposal.

Best for: Web applications, authenticated systems, portals, and sites with databases or heavier infrastructure.
For builds with a backend to look after — the environments, the data, and the deploys, watched and maintained.
Starts at $199 because hosting, storage, database, and API needs differ by application. Your monthly support allowance is agreed in writing before the plan begins.
One Business Starter user is included with Pro and Platform. Additional users and storage upgrades are billed per user.

Prices are per user, per month. Storage is pooled across your organization. DEK holds the Workspace subscription and bills it to you; rates may change if Google changes its underlying pricing, and final pricing is confirmed before activation.
These are billed separately unless a proposal explicitly includes them. We disclose and get your approval before activating anything that costs money.
You pay third-party vendors directly in most cases. Google Workspace is the exception: DEK holds the subscription and bills it through to you.
